Any change can raise questions, so we’ve gathered everything you might want to know about our new National Disability Card website into this blog post.

Why have you updated the website?

We wanted to provide you with a better card application experience, as well as an easy way to check where your card is accepted and view new card holder discounts with partner brands. With our new website, you can now:

1. See where your card is accepted

See all the venues your card is accepted, from zoos and theme parks to galleries and museums.

2. Access exclusive card holder online discounts

As well as days out, card holders can now access exclusive discounts with partner brands when shopping online. Some discounts will require you to login to view these offers.

3. Apply for and renew your National Disability Card more easily

This website is more user-friendly, and we believe it has an improved look as well! We're thankful to the talented team of designers and developers who collaborated with us.

4. Get help and advice about disabilities on our new blog

How can I see where my card is accepted?

Head to our brand new page here to view all venues and discounts for National Disability Cardholders.

How do I login to view a discount?

All offers and discounts listed on our website are for card holders only, and some discounts require you to login to view details and access the discount. ONLY CURRENT CARDHOLDERS ARE ABLE TO LOGIN. If your card has expired, you will not be able to login.

In order to login, you need your unique card number, which is printed on the front of your card. Your unique card number starts with 'UK-'.

What about the National Carers Card?

We recently launched our sister website dedicated exclusively to carers. Apply for or renew the National Carers Card.

Will my current National Disability Card still be valid?

Your National Disability Card will remain valid until its expiry date. You can check the expiry date on the front of your card. When your card is close to expiry or has expired, you will receive a reminder by email to renew it if you choose to. Renew your card here.

If you have any feedback about this new website, we’d love to hear from you: info@disabilityid.co.uk.
